See Inside Your Process

Title Line

Our unique BFM® Seeflex material is not only strong and flexible, but it's also transparent, giving you constant visibility of your product as it flows through your process.

Unlike silicone or many other types of connector material, Seeflex enables you and your staff to effectively see inside your process.

This real-time monitoring will give you peace of mind to see that everything is flowing as it should be - and if it's not, you can intervene earlier to remedy any issues before bigger problems are caused downstream.

This is where BFM® Seeflex 040E connectors make all the difference. Their crystal-clear transparency provides constant, reliable visibility, so you’re always in control of your process. Seeflex connectors simplify troubleshooting and maintenance, helping you keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.

Why Is Product-Flow Visibility Important?

Seeing your powder flowing is crucial for maintaining an efficient and trouble-free process line. Without visibility, blockages, slowdowns, or buildups can go unnoticed until they cause significant disruptions downstream. Catching these issues early ensures you can address them before they escalate, saving valuable time and reducing costly downtime.

Product visibility also allows for quick checks on consistency and quality, ensuring that your process meets the required standards without guesswork. With traditional materials like silicone, rubber, or canvas, it’s impossible to monitor what’s happening inside, leaving you vulnerable to undetected problems.

A Window Inside Your Equipment

Title Line

Inspecting the product inside your machinery - especially during operation - can be challenging.

If you have traditional inspection hatches or ports, they are usually not transparent so need to be opened (risking product spillage and/or contamination) and then replaced to see the product inside your equipment.

This takes time and can be difficult to seal them closed again.

Rubber or silicon 'bungs', commonly used on sifters etc. can also 'pop' off if not replaced correctly or if there is any sudden increase in pressure.

A solution being used increasingly by manufacturers around the world is the 100% transparent Seeflex BFM® Blanking Cap.
