Matt oversees the technical rigour at BFM®, ensuring our products are at the forefront of manufacturing technology.
As a qualified mechanical engineer, Matt works closely with our Distributor partners, end users, and OEMs in Europe, Asia, and the Americas to solve application challenges.
Fernanda possesses a breadth of engineering experience, having worked in process-improvement roles in dairy, frequency control and aviation industries.
She is committed to driving continuous improvement at all stages of the BFM® manufacturing process.
Based in Singapore, Jason is responsible for business development throughout Asia.
Jason has a strong background in plastics & chemical manufacturing, including 16 years at LG Chemical as Regional Sales Manager.
Leading business development across North Europe & the UK, Hans works with distributors and customers and is based in Amsterdam.
He is fluent in Dutch, German and English, and has more than 21 years of experience in the paint and coatings manufacturing industry.
Based in Milan, Claudio is in charge of business development across the southern part of Europe, from France and Switzerland south, including Turkey, Israel and the MENA region.
Claudio has an extensive background in industrial business development and is fluent in Italian, English and French.
