When an application has vertical movement, like on a tumbler screener, some additional factors need to be considered when calculating the Installation Gap (IG) before installing your BFM® spigots.

You must ensure that you have enough connector length for the peak of the movement and that the IG takes into account both this connector length and the actual position your machine stops in (which is how it will be positioned when you physically weld the spigots in place).

So how do you allow for this vertical movement when calculating the Installation Gap?
