What Is The BFM® fitting System?
The BFM® fitting system is a unique flexible connector design that ensures there is no product loss in your processing.
The system generally fits between two pieces of machinery, either where a stationary machine connects to a moving one, or where access to product flow is needed.
It comprises two steel adaptors called spigots that are welded to your tube or equipment and a snap-fit flexible BLUEBAND™ connector that sits on the inside of the shaped portion of the two spigots, holding it securely in place.

What Size Range Is Available?
The BFM® fitting system products come in diameters and lengths that provide consistency for an accurate fit every time, as well as much simpler inventory & stock control.
Our available diameters start at Ø100mm (4") and go up to 1,650mm (65") in 50mm (2") increments. Lengths start at 80mm (3") and then go from 100mm (4") up to 6 metres (19ft 8") in 50mm (2") increments.
Some size limitations do apply to different material types, add-on options and applications.
What Is Easy Snap-fit Installation?
The unique, patented snap-fit design of the BFM® fitting system is its most distinctive difference from other flexible connectors.
There are no clamps needed to hold the connector in place - instead, there are specially designed cuffs that nestle inside two identically shaped adaptors called spigots at either end.
The metal snap-band inside the cuff provides outward pressure, sealing the connector perfectly in the right place.
Because there are no clamps, our standard connector range can be replaced with the 'snap-fit' action in seconds.
